What I Love About My Home:I have truly loved living in this home, and there are so many things about it that have brought me joy over the years.I love the large yard and all the fruit it produces, including raspberries, black currants, and honeyberries.When the weather is nice, I enjoy sitting on the front deck with a cup of coffee. It's such a peaceful place to relax.One feature I especially appreciate is the Honeywell standby generator, which automatically turns on during a power outage. It keeps the lights on, allows me to bake without interruption, and lets me watch TV and continue life as usual.The oversized garage is another favorite. Even with two cars parked inside, there is still plenty of room for storage. I have space for extra refrigerators and freezers, as well as additional food and household items.The kitchen has wonderful cabinet space, and I love the large counter where five people can comfortably sit together, often making the dining room table unnecessary. I also enjoy the window above the sink, which gives me a beautiful view while I'm working in the kitchen.The fireplace is one of the home's highlights. I love the beautiful multicolored brick that complements the flooring. The high ceilings create an open, spacious feeling, and the large ceiling fan keeps the home comfortable during the warmer months. Just outside the sliding glass doors is the back deck, where I enjoy having beautiful flowers throughout the summer.My husband especially loved his office, which can also serve as a bedroom. It features beautiful built-in bookshelves and a lovely large window. I also enjoy the guest bedroom, which is cozy and includes a spacious closet.The primary bedroom is another favorite. I like the dimmable ceiling light, the ceiling fan for warm days, and the walk-in closet. The basement has been an excellent storage space over the years. It has always stayed dry and has never caused any problems.This home was built according to what I wanted, which is why I have loved living here. I have been very happy with it and have never found anything to dislike.My hope is that the next owners will enjoy this home as much as I have and will be very happy here for many years to come.I think this strikes a nice balance between being warm and personal while also reading professionally for potential buyers.
